高校档案馆与校史馆“两馆合一”的模式实践探索

摘　　要：高校档案馆与校史馆是高校文化传承创新的重要阵地,在弘扬优秀校园文化、服务学校发展大局等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,当前高校档案馆与校史馆普遍存在资源分散、业务割裂、缺乏统筹规划等问题,亟须在数智时代背景下进行创新转型。在梳理高校档案馆与校史馆资源整合的理论基础上,分析“两馆合一”的合理性与必要性,从功能定位、组织架构、业务流程、服务模式等方面探索“两馆合一”的实施路径,并提出一系列推进策略,以期为新时代高校档案馆与校史馆的深度融合发展提供理论参考和实践借鉴。University archives and history museum are important positions of university culture inheritance and innovation,and play an irreplaceable role in carrying forward excellent campus culture and serving the overall development of the university.However,the existing problems of resource dispersion,business separation and lack of overall planning exist in university archives and history museums,which require innovation and transformation under the background of digital intelligence era.Based on the theory of resource integration between university archives and history museum,this paper analyzes the rationality and necessity of“two into one”,and explores the implementation path of“two into one”from the aspects of function orientation,organization structure,business process and service mode.And put forward a series of promotion strategies,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the deep integration and development of university archives and history museum in the new era.
