摘　　要：人工智能在档案领域的应用日益广泛,为档案事业发展注入新动力,但同时也面临着诸多挑战。从技术、组织、环境三个维度分析了影响档案部门有效应用人工智能的关键因素,提出了完善顶层设计、加强关键技术攻关、开展业务流程再造、强化人员培训教育、密切跨界合作交流等对策建议,以期为新时代档案部门的智能化转型提供参考和启示。The application of artificial intelligence in archives is increasingly extensive,which has injected new impetus into the development of archives,but it also faces many challenges.This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the effective application of artificial intelligence in archival departments from the technology,organization and environment,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the top-level design,strengthening key technology research,carrying out business process reengineering,strengthening personnel training and education,and close cross-border cooperation and exchanges,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the intelligent transformation of archival departments in the new era.
