摘　　要：《中华人民共和国档案法实施条例》的颁布实施,为新时代档案信息化建设提供了明确指引。通过梳理该条例中关于完善发展保障机制、加强数字档案资源建设、加快档案数字基础设施建设、创新档案数字化利用服务等方面的内容,系统阐释了该条例在新形势下推动档案信息化建设的重点举措,并深入探讨了进一步优化新时代档案信息化建设的路径。The promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China has pointed out the direction for the construction of archival information in the new era.By combing through the contents of the regulations on improving the development guarantee mechanism,strengthening the construction of digital archive resources,accelerating the construction of digital archive infrastructure,and innovating the digital utilization services of archives,this paper systematically explains the key measures to promote the construction of archive informatization under the new situation.The path of further optimizing the construction of archival information in the new era is discussed theoretically.
