摘　　要：新时代如何进一步强化档案馆在革命历史档案开发利用中对思想政治教育的引领示范作用,充分彰显革命历史档案服务大局、资政育人的时代价值,是一个值得深入探讨的现实课题。在梳理档案馆革命历史档案管理开发现状的基础上,从政策机制、资源建设、数字化建设、智慧化应用等维度,系统分析档案馆革命历史档案开发利用面临的相关问题,并从健全协同机制、加强能力建设、强化资源整合、创新技术应用等角度,提出对应的创新性策略,旨在推动档案馆革命历史档案开发利用实现高质量发展。How to further strengthen the leading and exemplary role of archives in the development and utilization of revolutionary historical archives in the new era,and fully demonstrate the contemporary value of revolutionary historical archives in serving the overall situation and educating people,is a practical issue worth in-depth exploration.This paper,based on the current status of the management and development of revolutionary historical archives in archives,systematically analyzes the related issues faced in the development and utilization of revolutionary historical archives from the dimensions of policy mechanisms,resource construction,digital construction and intelligent application.It proposes corresponding innovative strategies and suggestions from the perspectives of improving collaborative mechanisms,strengthening resource integration,enhancing capacity building,and innovating technology application,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the development and utilization of revolutionary historical archives in archives.
