摘　　要：在梳理企业档案工作数字化转型内涵的基础上,从转型的必要性、模式构建、实施路径等方面进行了系统研究。数字化转型是应对信息时代挑战、提升企业档案管理水平的必由之路。构建企业档案工作数字化转型模式,需要从信息化基础设施建设、业务流程再造、管理模式变革等方面整体设计、协同推进。实现企业档案工作数字化转型,要树立数字化转型新理念,健全标准规范体系,加强人才队伍建设,创新成果应用服务,强化过程管控与评估。On the basis of sorting out the connotation of digital transformation of enterprise archival work,this paper conducts a systematic study from the aspects of necessity,mode construction and implementation path of transformation.The article points out that digital transformation is the only way to cope with the challenges of the information age and improve the level of enterprise archival management.The construction of archives digital transformation mode requires the overall design and coordinated promotion from the aspects of information infrastructure construction,business process reengineering and management mode reform.To realize the digital transformation of archives,it is necessary to establish a new concept of digitalization,improve the standard and normative system,strengthen the construction of talent team,innovate the application of results,and strengthen the process control and evaluation.
