摘　　要：伴随人工智能的迅猛发展,档案领域正经历着从数字化到智能化的深刻变革。作为集档案收集、整理、保管、利用于一体的专门机构,综合档案馆亟须顺应技术发展趋势,以智能化为牵引优化业务流程、创新服务模式,增强社会效能。在梳理综合档案馆智能化发展新特点、新趋势的基础上,从优化教育培训、加强实践历练、营造学习氛围、健全评价机制等维度,提出了提升综合档案馆人员人工智能素养的策略建议,旨在为新时代建设高素质、复合型的档案人才队伍提供理论参考。In the face of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the archive business is experiencing a profound change from digitalisation to intelligence.As a specialised institution that collects,arranges,keeps and utilizes archives,comprehensive archives urgently need to comply with the trend of technological development,optimize business processes,innovate service modes,and enhance social effectiveness with intelligence as the traction.In this paper,on the basis of combing the new features and trends of the intelligent development of comprehensive archives,from the dimensions of optimising education and training,strengthening practical experience,creating a learning atmosphere,and improving the evaluation mechanism,we put forward the strategic suggestions for the enhancement of the artificial intelligence literacy of the personnel of comprehensive archives,with the aim of providing theoretical references for the construction of high-quality and complex archival talent team in the new era.
