摘　　要：作为科技创新的主体,企业的知识产权管理水平关乎国家竞争力的提升。然而,当前学界对企业档案在知识产权管理中的作用的研究尚显不足。立足于档案学视角,以企业知识产权战略管理为切入点,深入剖析档案与知识产权的内在联系,系统梳理档案在知识产权创造、运用、管理、保护等环节发挥的基础性作用,在此基础上提出构建档案支撑下的企业知识产权战略管理新模式,旨在为构建具有中国特色的现代企业知识产权战略管理体系提供新思路。As the main body of scientific and technological innovation,the intellectual property management level of enterprises is related to the improvement of national competitiveness.However,the current academic research on the role of enterprise archives in intellectual property management is still insufficient.Based on the perspective of archives science,this paper takes strategic management of enterprise intellectual property as the starting point,in-depth analysis of the internal relationship between archives and intellectual property,systematic review of the basic role of archives in the creation,application,management and protection of intellectual property,and on this basis proposes to build a new mode of enterprise intellectual property strategic management supported by archives.The purpose is to provide a new idea for the construction of modern enterprise intellectual property strategic management system with Chinese characteristics.
