高校双创教育与档案人才培养的融合路径

摘　　要：创新创业教育是高等教育改革发展的重要方向,也是新时代档案事业转型升级、培育高素质档案人才的必然要求。在深入分析数字时代档案人才培养所面临新需求的基础上,阐释了高校开展创新创业教育的必要性与可行性。为此,提出从更新教育理念、优化课程设置、创新培养模式、强化实践环节、完善评价体系等多个维度进行统筹谋划,以加快构建适应数字时代要求、具有鲜明档案学特色的创新创业人才培养体系。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important direction of higher education reform and development,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the transformation and upgrading of archival undertakings in the new era and the training of high-quality archival talents.On the basis of analyzing the new needs of archival talent training in the digital era,this paper explains the necessity and feasibility of mass entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and proposes to make overall planning from the dimensions of updating ideas,optimizing courses,innovating models,strengthening practices,and improving evaluation,so as to accelerate the construction of an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system that meets the requirements of the digital era and has distinctive archival science characteristics.
