“家校协同”背景下分类干预介入学生心理健康问题研究——以A小学和B小学为例

摘  要:在学校领域,社会工作的嵌入推动着以往学生心理健康问题疏导模式的转变与发展。“家校协同”育人是当前学校心理健康教育工作及学校社会工作的热点。从小组工作方法视角出发,根据问卷调查和访谈发现当前家校协同存在学生心理健康问题多样、师资力量不足和家庭缺位等弊端,进而提出“分类干预”学生心理健康问题的工作理念,并在实践中融入社会工作的小组工作专业方法应对学生心理困境。通过小组工作前后测量评估,发现学生负性心理状态改善效果明显。研究为探索中小学心理健康问题疏导实务操作模式作出了有益尝试。The integration of social work into the educational field has promoted the transformation and development of traditional approaches to addressing students'mental health issues."Home-school collaboration"in education has become a key focus of school mental health education and school social work.From a group work perspective,and based on questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is found that there are several challenges in current home-school collaboration including,the diversity of students'mental health issues,insufficient teaching resources,and the absence of active family involvement.To address these challenges,the study proposes the concept of"targeted intervention"for students'mental health issues and integrates professional group work methods from social work to support students in overcoming psychological challenges.Evaluations conducted before and after group work sessions indicate significant improvements in students'negative psychological states.This research provides meaningful exploration of practical models for addressing mental health issues in primary and secondary schools.
