摘　　要：针对近年来婚姻家庭关系的变化与复杂化为社会工作带来的新挑战,文章探讨了社会工作在婚姻家庭服务中的“边缘化”困境,分析了困境表现及根源,并通过对重庆市“家和计划”项目在婚姻家庭社会工作领域的实践经验研究,提炼出社会工作介入婚姻家庭服务的“去边缘化”突围路径:优化专业人才队伍,推动婚姻家庭服务专业化发展;提升服务水平,促进婚姻家庭服务高质量发展;资源整合与多方协作,实现社会工作可持续发展。旨在为其他地区的婚姻家庭社会工作提供借鉴,推动社会工作在婚姻家庭领域的全面发展。In response to the new challenges posed by the evolving and complicated dynamics of marriage and family relationships to social work in recent years,this paper explores the"marginalization"of social work in marriage and family services.It analyzes the manifestations and root causes of the marginalization.Based on the study of the practical experiences of the"Harmony in Family"project in Chongqing within the field of marriage and family social work,the research identifies the"de-marginalization"pathways for social work intervention in marriage and family services.These pathways include,optimizing the professional workforce to drive the specialized development of marriage and family services,enhancing service quality to promote high-quality development,and integrating resources and collaborating with multiple parties to achieve sustainable development of social work.The goal is to provide valuable insights for marriage and family social work in other regions and to improve the overall development of social work in the marriage andfamily sector.
