摘　　要：首先,文章区分了电子数据与电子证据,分析了电子数据在法律程序中的证据资格;其次,阐述了可信时间戳技术的基础,涵盖可信时间戳界定、哈希算法的应用及时间戳验证流程;再次,详细探讨了交通行政执法中的电子数据,涉及电子证据生成设备、电子数据应用问题。在此基础上,给出了可信时间戳在交通执法中的应用方案,以期保证电子数据的完整性、真实性及法律效力,进而提高交通行政执法的公正性与效率。Firstly,the article distinguishes electronic data from electronic evidence,and analyzes the evidential qualification of electronic data in legal procedure.Secondly,the foundation of trusted time stamp technology is described,including the definition of trusted time stamp,the application of hash algorithm and the process of time stamp verification.Thirdly,the electronic data in traffic administrative law enforcement is discussed in detail,involving electronic evidence generation equipment and application of electronic data.On this basis,the application scheme of trusted time stamp in traffic law enforcement is given to ensure the integrity,authenticity and legal effect of electronic data,so as to improve the fairness and efficiency of traffic law enforcement.
