摘　　要：针对分级诊疗体系中传统数据共享系统存在的难以溯源和易被篡改问题,设计了一种基于联盟链的分级诊疗数据共享系统。该系统采用前后端分离模式,前端使用Vue框架,后端采用Spring Boot框架进行开发。底层联盟链网络基于Hyperledger Fabric技术构建,智能合约使用Java语言编写,并通过Hyperledger Explorer对联盟链网络进行监控。该系统能够在数据共享过程中实现去中心化存储、数据透明化和可追溯性,从而显著提升数据共享的安全性和可信度。A hierarchical diagnosis and treatment data sharing system based on consortium chain is designed to address the problems of difficult traceability and easy tampering in traditional data sharing systems in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The system adopts a front-end and back-end separation mode,with Vue framework for the front-end and Spring Boot framework for the back-end development.The underlying consortium chain network is built on Hyperledger Fabric technology,with smart contracts written in Java language and monitored through Hyperledger Explorer.This system can achieve decentralized storage,data transparency,and traceability in the process of data sharing,significantly improving the security and credibility of data sharing.
