摘　　要：新业态人才共享模式的蓬勃发展使员工从强单位从属性向弱单位从属性转变、用工模式从固定制向灵活制转变。单位从属和用工模式的变化为小微企业提供了更多降低用人成本的机会。其中,具备互联网模式的新型制造技术(3D打印)可以利用新业态下的人才共享模式帮助小微企业降低用人成本和用人门槛。基于此,专技人才可以在线上灵活获取报酬,企业可以在线下灵活用工,实现双赢局面。The flourishing development of the new talent sharing model has led to a shift in employees from strong units to weak units,and a shift in employment models from fixed to flexible.The changes in unit affiliation and employment models provide more opportunities for small and micro enterprises to reduce labor costs.Among them,the new manufacturing technology(3D printing)with Internet mode can help small and micro enterprises reduce the cost and threshold of employment by using the talent sharing mode under the new business model.Based on this,professional and technical talents can flexibly obtain remuneration online,while enterprises can flexibly employ employees offline,achieving a win-win situation.
