摘 要:油田引入自动化管理,既是油田企业降本增效、提高核心竞争力的必然要求,也是信息化发展进程对油田的客观要求,更是弥补油田人力资源不足的必然选择。文章阐述了油田用工现状及自动化管理的优势,分析了引入自动化管理对减轻员工工作强度、降低岗位人员编制职数、提高工作质量和时效的重要作用,展示了实际措施取得的应用效果。The introduction of automated management in oil fields is not only an inevitable requirement for oil field enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,but also an objective requirement for the development of information technology for oil fields.It is also an inevitable choice to solve the shortage of human resources in oil fields.The article elaborates on the current situation of oilfield employment and the advantages of automated management,analyzes the important role of introducing automated management in reducing workers̓work intensity,reducing the number of positions and personnel,improving work quality and timeliness,and demonstrates the application effects of practical measures.
