绳索取芯与常规钻进工艺在王洼煤田钻探的应用对比分析

摘  要:宁夏彭阳是宁夏南部山区煤炭资源勘查的重要地区之一,王洼矿区南湾勘查区煤炭勘探项目作为宁夏回族自治区能源保供项目的重要组成部分,如何确保高质量、高效率的完成煤田南湾勘查区的煤田勘探非常重要。其中钻探工作作为煤田勘探最重要的勘查手段,如何在保证采取率的情况下高质量、高效地完成钻探任务成为项目能够顺利完成的关键。南湾勘查区内地层情况复杂,地层破碎情况严重,钻孔漏失情况严重,钻探事故频发;在实际钻探施工过程中不同的钻井队分别采用了绳索取芯及常规钻进工艺,不同的钻进工艺呈现出的钻进效果具有明显差异。对现场实际钻进情况分析,并通过分析对比采用绳索取芯钻进工艺的N306钻孔和采用常规钻进工艺的N201钻孔,根据实际材料消耗和钻效情况对比得出,绳索取芯钻进工艺并不适用于南湾勘查区复杂地层的煤田钻探。The Pengyang is one of the important areas for coal re-source exploration in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia.As an important component of the energy supply guarantee project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the coal exploration project in the Nanwan exploration area of Wangwa mining area is crucial for ensuring high-quality and efficient completion of coalfield ex-ploration in the Nanwan exploration area.As the most important exploration method for coalfield exploration,drilling work has be-come the key to successfully completing the drilling task with high quality and efficiency while ensuring the recovery rate.The geological conditions in the Nanwan exploration area are complex,with severe formation fragmentation,serious drilling leakage,and frequent drilling accidents;In the actual drilling construction process,different drilling teams adopted rope core and conventional drilling techniques,and the drilling effects pre-sented by different drilling techniques have significant differenc-es.Based on the analysis of the actual drilling situation on site and the comparison between the N306 borehole using rope cor-ing drilling technology and the N201 borehole using convention-al drilling technology,it is concluded that the rope coring drill-ing technology is not suitable for coalfield drilling in the com-plex strata of the Nanwan exploration area according to the actu-al material consumption and drilling efficiency.
