摘　　要：生产安全事故应急演练是煤矿应急管理的重要内容,更是检验和提高煤矿和煤炭企业应急救援和处置能力的重要途径。鑫龙煤业对下辖四对矿井2023年2~4月份的12次生产安全事故应急演练资料进行了细致的检查分析,指出存在的问题和不足,并提出了相应改进意见和建议,通过培训提高相关人员的业务能力,进一步修改完善应急救援预案和管理制度,不断满足应对突发事件的快速组织协调、快速反应和应急能力的要求。Emergency drills for production safety accidents are an important part of coal mine emergency management,and also an important way to test and improve the emergency rescue and dis-posal capabilities of coal mines and coal enterprises.Xinlong Coal Industry has conducted a detailed inspection and analysis of the emergency drill data for 12 production safety accidents in four pairs of mines under its jurisdiction from February to April 2023,pointing out the existing problems and deficiencies,and proposing corresponding improvementsuggestions and recommendations.By providing training,we aim to enhance the professional skills of relevant personnel,further modify and improve emergency re-sponse plans and management systems,and continuously meet the requirements of rapid organization,coordination,response,and emergency capabilities in responding to unexpected events.
