摘 要:作为一种高效的电子收费方式,ETC系统在我国高速公路上的应用正面临后ETC时代的新挑战,即ETC系统外场机电设备性能逐年衰减,亟需一种科学的评价方法来指导ETC系统的运维管理。基于层次分析法(AHP)建立高速公路收费站ETC系统运行性能评价模型,首先建立了两级层次结构,然后通过专家打分确定各指标权重,并进行一致性检验,最后,利用某省实际检测数据对模型进行了验证。结果表明评价结果与实际情况一致,构建的评价模型能为ETC系统运维提供科学指导,对提高ETC系统的运维效率具有重要意义。As an efficient electronic toll collection method,the application of ETC system on highways in China is facing new challenges in the post ETC era,that is,the performance of ETC system's external electromechanical equipment is declining year by year,and there is an urgent need for a scientific evaluation method to guide the operation and maintenance management of ETC system.A performance evaluation model for the ETC system of highway toll stations was established based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Firstly,a two-level hierarchical structure was established.Then,the weights of each indicator were determined through expert scoring and consistency testing was conducted.Finally,the model was validated using actual detection data from a certain province.The results indicate that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,and the constructed evaluation model can provide scientific guidance for the operation and maintenance of ETC systems,which is of great significance for improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of ETC systems.
