摘  要:提出了一种基于分摊算法的无缝钢管环形炉燃气消耗核算方法,旨在更精确地计算单支钢管在环形炉中的燃气消耗量。该方法通过在装钢或出钢时段运行核算程序,计算管坯的温升及其有效吸热量,进而确定每支管坯的燃耗占比。将该占比与时间段内的总燃耗相乘,即可得出单支管坯的燃耗分摊值,并持续更新直至其出炉。该实时核算方法不仅能在燃气消耗异常时提供预警,而且能为生产异常排除和制定生产计划提供数据支持,进而有效提升环形炉系统的能源利用效率。A seamless steel pipe ring furnace gas consumption accounting method based on allocation algorithm is proposed,aiming to more accurately calculate the gas consumption of a single steel pipe in the ring furnace.This method calculates the temperature rise and effective heat absorption of each billet by running an accounting program during the steel loading or tapping period,and then determines the fuel consumption ratio of each billet.Multiply the proportion by the total fuel consumption during the time period to obtain the fuel consumption allocation value for a single billet,which will be continuously updated until it is released from the furnace.This real-time accounting method can not only provide warnings when gas consumption is abnormal,but also provide data support for eliminating production abnormalities and developing production plans,thereby effectively improving the energy utilization efficiency of the ring furnace system.
