摘 要:以山东省某220kV智能变电站为例,旨在探索蓄电池组充放电监测管理平台的数据采集与处理技术。通过分析该工程项目蓄电池组充放电监测管理平台的数据采集与处理过程发现:数据采集与处理技术使得系统的故障率下降了35%,蓄电池组的使用寿命延长了23%;使用了数据采集与处理技术后,该平台还实现了对充放电过程的智能控制,有效降低了蓄电池组的过充和过放风险;该平台通过自动化的数据采集和智能分析,实现了在线监测和远程管理,大幅减少了现场运维的工作量并降低了成本。This study takes a 220 kV intelligent substation in Shandong Province as an example to explore the data acquisition and processing technology of the battery pack charging and discharging monitoring and management platform.By analyzing the data acquisition and processing process of the battery pack charging and discharging monitoring and management platform in this engineering project,this study found that the data acquisition and processing technology reduced the system's failure rate by 35%and extended the service life of the battery pack by 23%.After using data collection and processing technology,the platform also achieved intelligent control of the charging and discharging process,effectively reducing the risk of overcharging and overdischarging of the battery pack.The platform achieves online monitoring and remote management through automated data collection and intelligent analysis,significantly reducing the workload and cost of on-site operation and maintenance.
