摘  要:提出了一种基于红外热成像的实时监测设备状态的方法,以解决传统实时监测方法中发电厂高压电器运行错误的误报问题。该方法结合了红外辐射扫描原理和阈值分割算法,改进过程后,采用阈值分割算法对热成像目标区域进行分割,提取热成像目标信息,使用相对温度变化方法识别设备操作错误,并为识别出的错误提供警告和监控,从而实现实时监控。结果表明,该方法具有小于1%的误报速度,对发电厂高压电气设备运行中出现的故障及事故的高精度监测具有良好的应用前景。A method based on infrared thermal imaging for real-time monitoring of equipment status has been proposed to solve the problem of false alarms in the operation of high-voltage electrical equipment in power plants in traditional real-time monitoring methods.This method combines the principle of infrared radiation scanning and threshold segmentation algorithm.After improvement,the threshold segmentation algorithm is used for thermal imaging target area segmentation to extract thermal imaging target information.The relative temperature change method is used to identify equipment operation errors and provide warnings and monitoring for identified errors,achieving real-time monitoring.The results show that this method has a false alarm rate of less than 1%and has good application prospects for high-precision monitoring of faults and accidents that occur during the operation of high-voltage electrical equipment in power plants.
