摘  要:为精准控制配电网电压,降低电压波动率,提高电压稳定性,开展了含分布式光伏电站接入主动配电网电压自动控制方法的研究。首先从电压波动范围与电压合格率两个维度,监测主动配电网电压的动态变化;其次,分析配电网节点电压的灵敏度,判断各节点的电压敏感性和稳定性;在此基础上,通过最小化电压偏差、调节电网无功平衡、调整主变档位,实现电压自动协调控制目标。结果表明,应用所提方法后,含分布式光伏电站接入主动配电网电压波动幅度较小,稳定性显著提升。To accurately control the voltage of the distribution network,reduce voltage fluctuations,and improve voltage stability,research has been conducted on automatic voltage control methods for distributed photovoltaic power stations connected to active distribution networks.Firstly,monitor the dynamic changes in the voltage of the active distribution network from two dimensions:Voltage fluctuation range and voltage qualification rate.Secondly,analyze the sensitivity of voltage at distribution network nodes and determine the voltage sensitivity and stability of each node.On this basis,the goal of automatic voltage coordination control is achieved by minimizing voltage deviation,adjusting the reactive power balance of the power grid,and adjusting the gear of the main transformer.The results show that after applying the proposed method,the voltage fluctuation amplitude of the distributed photovoltaic power station connected to the active distribution network is smaller,and the stability is significantly improved.
