摘 要:针对桥吊上多芯橡皮软电缆和变压器单芯硬电缆的使用情况,研究高压线接头的不同制作工艺及其对电气性能的影响,选取最优的高压线接头的制作工艺,提高桥吊电缆的电气安全性能与高压线接头的制作质量。通过分析冷缩制作工艺与热缩制作工艺的原理、制作流程、注意事项,经过对比分析发现,制作工艺显著影响接头的电气特性,不同工艺各有优劣。研究表明,冷缩制作工艺可提高电气性能,其制作的高压线接头的绝缘性良好、耐压能力强。通过有限元计算分析,证实了采用冷缩制作工艺制作的高压线接头在电气性能上的卓越表现,更适合桥吊电缆接头的制作。In view of the use of multi-core flexible rubber cables on bridge cranes and single-core hard cables for transformers,the different manufacturing techniques of high-voltage wire joints and their effects on electrical performance were studied,select the best high-voltage wire joint manufacturing process,improve the bridge crane cable electrical safety performance and high-voltage wire joint manufacturing quality.Through the analysis of the principle,process and points for attention of the cold-shrink manufacturing process and the heat-shrink manufacturing process,it is found that the manufacturing process significantly affects the electrical characteristics of the joint,and different processes have their own advantages and disadvantages.The research reveals that the cold-shrink processing improves the electrical performance,and the high-voltage wire joint made by the cold-shrink processing has good insulation and high voltage resistance.Through the finite element calculation and analysis,it is proved that the high-voltage cable joint made by the cold-shrink technology has excellent performance in the electrical performance,and is more suitable for the production of the bridge crane cable joint.
