摘 要:为提高房产面积测绘精度估算的可靠性,引进激光测距技术,以某房产建设项目为例,开展房产面积测绘精度自动估算研究。首先,使用激光测距仪,通过发射激光脉冲来确定目标距离,采集房产地理坐标位置等相关数据;然后,基于测光测距原理,完成房产面积测绘模型的构建;最后,建立测绘面积误差传播规律模型,计算房屋产权面积误差,得出精度估算结果。实验结果表明,设计的方法应用效果良好,可实现对房产面积测绘精度的精确估算。In order to improve the reliability of the mapping accuracy estimation of real estate area,the laser ranging technology was introduced,and a real estate construction project was taken as an example to carry out the automatic estimation research of real estate area mapping accuracy.Firstly,a laser rangefinder is used to determine the target distance and collect relevant data such as the geographic coordinates of the property by emitting laser pulses.Then,based on the principle of photometry and distance measurement,the construction of the real estate area surveying model is completed.Finally,establish a model for the propagation of measurement area errors,calculate the error of property area,and obtain the accuracy estimation results.The experimental results show that the design method has good application effect and can realize the accurate estimation of the mapping accuracy of the property area.
