摘  要:实时的精准定位可有效防止变电站运维人员误入带电间隔,这对于实现变电站智慧操作及监护具有新的意义。现有的GPS及北斗定位技术早已广泛应用于电网的生产中,但仍存在定位精度不高及在室内定位失效等问题,无法满足新型电力系统的需要。为此,研究设计了一种基于超宽带(UWB)技术的便携式传感器,用于操作及监护变电站。该技术不仅可将定位误差限定在非常小的水平,而且还能实时预警运维人员的工作路径。通过设计基于UWB与人脸识别相结合的定位系统框架协议,并提出适用于运维人员操作及监护任务策略,实现最小可便携式的定位标签。最后对该定位系统在某220kV变电站进行室内测试,测试结果表明,该技术可以实现运维人员工作路线的高精度实时定位,从而达到智慧操作及监护的效果。Real-time precise positioning can effectively prevent substation operation and maintenance personnel from mistakenly entering live intervals,which has new significance for achieving intelligent operation and monitoring of substations.The existing GPS and Beidou positioning technologies have been widely used in the production of power grids,but there are still problems such as low positioning accuracy and indoor positioning failure,which cannot meet the needs of new power systems.Therefore,a portable sensor based on Ultra Wide Band(UWB)technology has been designed for the operation and monitoring of substations.This technology can not only limit the positioning error to a very small level,but also provide real-time warning of the work path of operation and maintenance personnel.By designing a positioning system framework protocol based on UWB and facial recognition,and proposing a strategy suitable for operation and monitoring tasks of operation and maintenance personnel,the minimum portable positioning tag has been achieved.Finally,the positioning system was tested indoors at a 220 kV substation,and the test results showed that the technology can achieve high-precision real-time positioning of operation and maintenance personnel's work routes,thereby achieving the effect of intelligent operation and monitoring.
