摘 要:乘客信息系统是一种依托多媒体网络技术,以计算机系统为核心,通过列车的显示终端让乘客及时准确地了解列车运营信息和公共媒体信息的多媒体综合信息系统。传统乘客信息系统平台存在设备设置分散且数量众多、物理和计算资源的利用率低下等问题。目前可依托云平台等新技术,实现平台硬件和平台资源的计算、软件服务的虚拟化及现实内容的多样化。该技术不仅能提升乘客乘车体验,还能提升系统的高效性和可靠性。The passenger information system is a multimedia integrated information system that relies on multimedia network technology,with the computer system as its core.It enables passengers to obtain timely and accurate train operation information and public media information through display terminals on trains.Traditional passenger information system platforms suffer from issues such as decentralized and numerous equipment setups,as well as inefficient utilization of physical and computational resources.Currently,new technologies such as the cloud platform can be leveraged to achieve virtualization of platform hardware and resources,computing,software services,and diversification of displayed content.This technology not only enhances the passenger experience but also improves the efficiency and reliability of the system in urban rail transit.
