摘 要:针对开关柜手车在操作过程中的安全位移问题,提出一种基于激光测距技术的安全位移监测方法。该方法通过在开关柜内部安装激光测距传感器,实时监测手车的位置变化,确保手车在规定的安全区域内移动。基于此,阐述激光测距技术的基本原理,详细说明激光测距传感器的选择、安装位置以及数据处理方法。在此基础上,设计一套完整的开关柜手车安全位移监测系统。研究结果表明,该监测系统能准确监测手车的位移,并在手车超出安全范围时及时发出警报,有效预防因位移不当而造成严重的安全事故。Aiming at the safe displacement of switchgear handcart during operation,this paper puts forward a safe displacement monitoring method based on laser ranging technology.In this method,a laser ranging sensor is installed in the switch cabinet to monitor the position change of the handcart in real time,so that the handcart can move in a specified safe area.Based on this,this paper expounds the basic principle of laser ranging technology,and expounds in detail the selection,installation position and data processing method of laser ranging sensor.On this basis,a complete set of safety displacement monitoring system for switchgear handcart is designed.The research results show that the monitoring system can accurately monitor the displacement of the handcart,and give an alarm in time when the handcart exceeds the safety range,effectively preventing serious safety accidents caused by improper displacement.
