摘 要:电气安全运行是各大生产制造业生产过程中最基本的要素,对供电设备及操作人员的安全起着至关重要的作用。主要介绍了返修测试平台电气自动控制系统的安全设计标准与各大企业生产过程中始终将安全放在第一位,证明了安全规范的重要性。虽然领域不同,但对安全的基本要求是一致的。从电气安全防护角度出发,主要对安全控制回路进行了设计,包括PLC系统安全回路、机器人接口安全回路、紧急急停回路、安全门回路。然后分别从硬件连接、安全程序编辑、电缆接地形式进行了详细介绍。返修测试平台测试结果表明,使用上述各类方法均可有效实现电气安全,从而保证电气设备及操作人员的安全。Electrical safety operation is a fundamental element in the production processes of various manufacturing industries,playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety of power supply equipment and operators.This paper mainly introduces the safety design standards for the electrical automatic control system of a repair testing platform,highlighting that safety is always prioritized in the production processes of various enterprises,which demonstrates the importance of safety regulations.Although the fields may differ,the basic requirements for safety remain consistent.From the perspective of electrical safety protection,the design primarily focuses on the safety control circuits,including the PLC system safety circuit,robot safety circuit,emergency stop circuit,and safety door circuit.Subsequent sections provide detailed introductions on hardware connections,safety program editing,and cable grounding forms,respectively.Testing results from the repair testing platform indicate that the application of the aforementioned methods can effectively achieve electrical safety,which is beneficial to ensure the safety of electrical equipment and operators.
