摘 要:为了研究古砖砌体轴心受压下的变形特征和破坏机理,采用专门用于古建修复的大城砖砌块以及传统灰浆砌筑6个古砖砌体,并对其进行轴心受压试验,得到了试件裂缝形态、荷载-位移曲线与应力-应变关系,将产生三块砖开裂贯通时的荷载定义为贯通开裂荷载,采用贯通开裂荷载评价砌体的破坏行为。试验结果表明:古砖砌体整体破坏模式为两种,在轴心受压破坏过程中砌块存在受压破坏、受拉破坏与受剪破坏,应力-应变关系大体分为两类但总体变化趋势相似。通过对试验数据分析,古砖砌体四周位移变化与加载速率相关,但轴向位移(约为15mm)不受加载速率的影响;砌体破坏荷载、抗压强度及弹性模量均低于常规砌体。该研究成果对古建砌体修复及评估具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the deformation characteristics and damage mechanism of ancient brick masonry under axial compression,six ancient brick masonries are constructed using Dacheng brick blocks specially used for ancient building restoration as well as traditional mortar masonry.The axial compression tests are carried out,and the specimen crack morphology,load-displacement curves,and stress-strain relationships are obtained.The load that produces cracking and penetration of the three bricks is defined as the penetration cracking load,which is adopted to evaluate the masonry's damage behavior.The test results show that the overall damage mode of the ancient brick masonry is two kinds of damage,in the process of axial compression damage,there are compression damage,tensile damage and shear damage of the blocks,and the stress-strain relationship is roughly divided into two categories but the overall change trend is similar.Through the analysis of the test data,the change of displacement around the ancient brick masonry is positively correlated with the loading gradient,but the axial displacement(about 15mm) is not affected by the loading gradient;the masonry destructive load,compressive strength and modulus of elasticity are lower than that of conventional masonry.The research results have certain reference value for the restoration and evaluation of ancient masonry.
