摘 要:为研究节段预制拼装变截面波形钢腹板组合箱梁的横向受力性能,制作了一片三跨变截面节段预制拼装试验梁,并与相同参数的整体梁作对比。通过试验与有限元分析相结合的方式,研究了弹性阶段下施工工艺的差异对顶板横向应力的影响,计算了有效分布宽度值,并与现行桥规值进行对比,得出以下结论:在不同加载工况下节段梁与整体梁的横向应力试验值与有限元值变化规律一致,说明施工工艺的不同对横向应力分布规律影响不大;节段梁在各种工况下有效分布宽度试验值和有限元值略大于整体梁有效分布宽度相应值;两者均大于桥规值,桥规值计算结果较为保守;节段梁与整体梁有效分布宽度桥规值建议在现行桥规值的基础上分别乘以大于1的系数进行适当修正。In order to study the transverse mechanical performance of segmental precast assembled composite box girder with variable cross-section corrugated steel webs,a three-span segmental precast assembled test beam with variable cross-section is fabricated and compared with the integral beam with the same parameters.Through the combination of test and finite element analysis,the influence of the difference of construction technology on the transverse stress of the roof under the elastic stage is studied.The effective distribution width value is calculated and compared with the current bridge gauge value.The following conclusions are drawn:Under different loading conditions,the transverse stress test value of the segmental beam and the whole beam is consistent with the finite element value,indicating that the difference of construction technology has little effect on the transverse stress distribution law;The test value and finite element value of the effective distribution width of the segmental beam under various working conditions are slightly larger than the corresponding value of the effective distribution width of the integral beam.Both of them are greater than the bridge specification value,and the calculation results of the bridge specification value are more conservative;It is suggested that the bridge gauge values of the effective distribution width of the segmental beam and the whole beam should be properly corrected by multiplying the coefficients greater than 1 on the basis of the current bridge gauge values.
