摘  要:为研究不锈钢栓钉抗剪性能并验证现行标准中栓钉抗剪承载力计算公式对不锈钢栓钉的适用性,设计了4组S22294双相不锈钢栓钉与2组普通钢栓钉的推出试验,试件参数包括栓钉排布方式及栓钉间距,将试验结果与规范计算结果进行了对比。建立不锈钢栓钉推出试件的有限元模型,进一步分析了栓钉的间距、长度、直径以及混凝土强度对抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:与普通钢栓钉试件相比,不锈钢栓钉试件初始刚度小,但具有更高的承载力与更好的延性;在规范限值内增大栓钉间距可以提高试件的抗剪承载力,而超过规范限值时试件的抗剪承载力增幅较小;栓钉直径对抗剪承载力的影响显著;栓钉长径比小于10时,增大栓钉长度可提高其抗剪承载力。各试件的试验值均高于规范计算值,因此,现行规范的计算公式可用于S22294不锈钢栓钉,结果偏于保守。In order to investigate the shear performance of stainless steel studs and validate the suitability of the current standard formula for the shear capacity of studs in relation to stainless steel studs,four sets of S22294 duplex stainless steel studs and two sets of ordinary steel studs are designed for conducting push-out tests.The variables in the specimens included the arrangement and spacing of studs.A comparative analysis is conducted between the test results and the results of the existing standards.A finite element model of push-out specimen of the stainless steel stud is established to further investigate the influence of stud spacing,length,diameter,and concrete strength on the shear performance.The results suggest that the stainless steel stud specimens show a lower initial stiffness,but demonstrate higher load-bearing capacity and better ductility in contrast to the low-alloy steel stud specimens.Increasing the stud spacing within the limit values of the code can enhance the shear bearing capacity of the specimens.However,when the spacing exceeds the limit of the code,the increase in the shear bearing capacity of the specimens is relatively small.Furthermore,the diameter of the stud significantly affects its shear-bearing capacity.When the length-to-diameter ratio of the stud is less than 10,increasing its length enhances its shear-bearing capacity.The experimental values for each specimen are all higher than the values of the code,thus validating that the current formula of the code can be applied to S22294 stainless steel studs,and the results are conservative.
