摘  要:为解决钢管混凝土中因混凝土收缩、环境温度及泊松比等因素钢管与混凝土不能始终共同工作的问题,本文提出一种新型钢管混凝土-螺栓预加自应力钢管混凝土柱。首先对2根普通钢管混凝土短柱与4根该新型短柱进行轴心受压试验,参数为预紧力与钢管厚度;其次利用ABAQUS有限元软件,数值计算分析其轴心受压力学机理,结果表明:预紧力、混凝土抗压强度、钢管屈服强度和钢管厚度的增加都能提高构件承载力,其中钢管屈服强度影响最为显著;最后,本文提出了考虑自应力的螺栓预加自应力钢管混凝土短柱轴心受压承载力计算公式,计算与试验结果吻合良好。To solve the problem that concrete-filled steel tubes and concrete cannot always work together due to factors such as concrete shrinkage,environmental temperature and Poisson's ratio in CFST,this paper proposes a new type of concrete-filled steel tube-bolted pre-stressed self-stressed concrete-filled steel tube column.Firstly,this paper conducts axial compression tests on two CFST and four new-type short columns.The parameters are the pre-tightening force and the thickness of the steel tube.Secondly,using the ABAQUS finite element software,the mechanical mechanism of axial compression is numerically calculated and analyzed.The results show that the increase in pre-tightening force,compressive strength of concrete,yield strength of steel tube and thickness of steel tube can all improve the bearing capacity of the component.Among them,the influence of the yield strength of the steel tube is the most significant.Finally,this paper puts forward a calculation formula for the axial compressive bearing capacity of bolted pre-stressed self-stressed concrete-filled steel tube short columns considering self-stress,and the calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
