摘 要:本工程为一带大悬挑连体泳池的超限结构。连体位于塔楼顶部两层,连体跨度约50m,连体一侧设有外挑长度约30m的空中泳池。基于抗震性能设计方法,采用SATWE和ETABS软件对结构进行了小震弹性分析,以及设防地震作用下的性能分析。采用大型有限元软件对结构进行了大震弹塑性时程分析。结果表明结构各项设计指标均满足规范要求,结构抗震性能良好、结构体系安全可行,能达到设定的D级(局部C级)抗震性能目标。对连体部分进行了防连续倒塌、节点有限元和舒适度分析,供类似工程参考。This project involves an irregularly connected structure featuring a substantial cantilevered sky-swimming-pool.The connection spans approximately 50 meters and is situated on the upper two floors of the towers,with a cantilevered sky-swimming-pool extending around 30 meters on one side.Based on seismic performance-based design principles,elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and performance analysis under intermediate earthquakes are conducted utilizing SATWE and ETABS software.Furthermore,elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes is performed using large-scale finite element software.The results demonstrate that the structural design meets code requirements and exhibits good seismic performance and structural safety,achieving the intended seismic performance target of Level D(with certain areas attaining Level C).Additional analyses,including progressive collapse prevention,complex joints finite element analysis,and comfort assessment,are also conducted for the connected structure,providing valuable reference for analogous projects.
