摘 要:因建筑功能和立面造型需要,某新区市民中心项目采用了顶置悬挂结构系统。悬挂结构系统由支撑角筒、顶置悬挂桁架系统、钢吊柱和组合楼盖结构组成。本工程在利用顶层多道上翻大跨桁架悬挂的基础上,对外侧大悬挑区域提出了“悬挑桁架+环桁架+巨型牛腿支撑”的混合悬挂受力方式,充分利用建筑高度和空间,形成一种高效的悬挂结构体系。本文着重介绍了该结构的选型、悬挂体系的建立和布置;同时沿4个核心角筒高度布置了可更换的BRB约束屈曲耗能阻尼器,有效耗散地震能量,形成保护结构体系安全的二道防线;通过罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析和专项分析,其中包括楼板振动舒适度分析、抗连续倒塌分析、关键节点应力分析等,确保结构满足舒适性、安全性要求和具备足够的安全冗余度。项目施工时采用了顶层悬挂钢桁架结构地面原位拼装累积提升、计算机控制实时监测和反馈技术,实现了快速的智慧营建安装,大大节约了工期,带来良好的经济和社会效益。Due to the needs of building function and facade modeling,a new district civic center project adopts the overhead suspension structure system.The suspension structure system is composed of frame-supported corner-tube and landing structure,overhead suspension truss system,suspended steel column and composite floor structure.In this project,based on the use of multi-track long-span truss suspension on the top floor,a hybrid suspension force mode of “suspension truss + ring truss + giant bull-leg support” is proposed for the large cantilever area on the outside,and an efficient suspension structure system is formed by making full use of building height and space.This paper introduces the selection of the structure form,the establishment and arrangement of the suspension system.At the same time,according to the height of the four floor core corner cylinders,replaceable BRB restrained buckling energy dissipation dampers are arranged to form the second defense line against earthquakes,which can effectively dissipate seismic energy.Through rare earthquake elastic-plastic time history analysis and special analysis,including floor vibration comfort analysis,anti-continuous collapse analysis,critical node stress analysis,etc.,to ensure that the structure meets the comfort and safety requirements and has sufficient safety redundancy.In the construction of the project,the technology of in-situ assembly and cumulative lifting of the top suspended steel truss structure,real-time monitoring and feedback of computer control is adopted,which realizes the efficient intelligent construction and installation,greatly saves the construction period,and brings good economic and social benefits.
