摘 要:常规的注浆加固效果检验方法如载荷试验等并不适用于动力机器基础地基,一些学者提出通过振动测试并基于单一指标评价加固效果,但是缺乏综合性和准确性。为解决该问题,本文提出地基质量检验指标(FQID)的概念,选取了振动速度峰值、振动速度均方根值、峭度、裕度因子和自振频率5个振动参数,基于熵权法量化分析基础振动特性的综合改善程度来评价加固效果。若FQID≤1.00,表明基础振动特性未得到综合改善,加固效果不明显;若FQID>1.00,表明基础振动特性得到了综合改善,且加固效果随着FQID的增加而增加。本文对某动力机器基础开展了振动测试,各测点的FQID在竖直、东西和南北方向上的平均值分别为1.40、1.67和1.57,这表明基础振动特性得到了明显改善,即取得了良好的注浆加固效果。该方法为地基质量检验提供了一种实用手段。Conventional test methods of grouting reinforcement effect such as load test are not suitable for the dynamic machine foundation.Some scholars have proposed to evaluate the reinforcement effect through vibration test and based on a single index,but this lacks comprehensiveness and accuracy.To solve this problem,the concept of Foundation Quality Inspection Designation(FQID) is proposed.The peak vibration velocity,root mean square value of vibration velocity,kurtosis,margin factor and natural frequency are selected,and the reinforcement effect is evaluated by quantitatively analyzing the comprehensive improvement degree of vibration characteristics based on the entropy weight method.If FQID≤1.00,it indicates that the vibration characteristics of the foundation have not been comprehensively improved,and the reinforcement effect is not obvious;if FQID>1.00,it shows that the vibration characteristics of the foundation have been comprehensively improved,and the reinforcement effect increases with the increase of FQID.In this paper,the vibration test of a dynamic machine foundation is carried out.The average values of FQID in the directions of vertical,east-west and north-south are 1.40,1.67 and 1.57 respectively,which indicates that the vibration characteristics of the foundation have been significantly improved,and good grouting reinforcement effect has been achieved.This method can provide an applicable mean for foundation quality inspection.
