预制混凝土构件结合面粗糙度测定方法研究

摘  要:混凝土叠合构件是预制装配式建筑的一种重要形式,构件结合面的粗糙度是保证叠合构件新老混凝土共同工作的关键,准确测定构件结合面粗糙度对装配式建筑质量安全具有重大意义。本文考虑基准面测深尺法在结合面粗糙度测试中可能导致深度测量值被“放大”的问题,提出一种适用于预制构件结合面粗糙度检测的数字化方法——三维扫描法,并介绍了该测试方法的检测原理及评价方法,通过实例验证了三维扫描法对结合面粗糙度测定的适用性和准确性。结果表明:三维扫描法利用三维扫描设备快速有效地获取预制构件结合面粗糙度三维点云数据,在合理的布置测区及选取测点后,采用点云数据处理软件的测距功能自动计算波峰最高点和波谷最低点的高度差,选点精准,规避了人为误差,大大提高了检测结果的准确度,操作简单,易于推广使用。Concrete composite components are an important type of prefabricated building,and the roughness of the component joint surface is the key to ensuring the joint work of new and old concrete in composite components.Accurately measuring the roughness of the component joint surface is of great significance for the quality and safety of prefabricated buildings.This paper considers the problem of depth measurement values being "magnified" in the roughness testing of the joint surface using the benchmark depth gauge method.A digital method,the 3D scanning method,is proposed for detecting the roughness of the joint surface of prefabricated components.The detection principle and evaluation method of this testing method are introduced,and the applicability and accuracy of the 3D scanning method for measuring the roughness of the joint surface are verified through examples.The results show that the three-dimensional scanning method utilizes three-dimensional scanning equipment to quickly and effectively obtain three-dimensional point cloud data of the roughness of the joint surface of prefabricated components.After a reasonable layout of the measurement area and selection of measurement points,the distance measurement function of the point cloud data processing software is used to automatically calculate the height difference between the highest point of the peak and the lowest point of the valley.The selection of points is accurate,avoiding human errors and greatly improving the accuracy of the detection results,and the operation is simple and easy to promote and use.
