摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征患者常合并尿酸代谢异常,其尿酸水平升高与胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、血脂异常、恶性肿瘤等方面均关系密切。多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠期也易发生高尿酸血症,导致母体相关的并发症,且对子代存在不良影响。因此适时干预多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠及非妊娠期的高尿酸水平,可能有助于改善患者及其子代的预后。Patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome are often complicated with abnormal uric acid metabolism,and the increase of uric acid level is closely related to insulin resistance,obesity,dyslipidemia,and malignant tumors.Women with Polycystic ovary syndrome are also prone to hyperuricemia during pregnancy,leading to maternal complications and adverse effects on the offspring.Therefore,timely intervention of high uric acid levels in pregnant and non-pregnant patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome may help improve the prognosis of patients and their offspring.
