摘　　要：學科综述、评述或评價,是中國民法學的一個光榮傅統。作為其中的一磚半瓦,本文旨在评述暂無人顧及的、過去十年的民法學發展,并展望未来。以往此類研究多注重「寫實」,講求完備和细節。It is a glorious tradition to review,comment,and evaluate the disciplines in the science of Chinese civil law.As a part of it,this paper aims to review the neglected development of the science of civil law in the past decade,and look forward to the future.
