摘 要:京津冀协同发展提出以来,经济成效显著,一方面京津冀地区经济高质量发展领跑全国各地区,另一方面河北受益于承接来自京津的产业转移、人口红利和区位优势等,工业发展速度超过北京和天津,京津冀地区的工业空间结构逐渐向河北倾斜。在2002—2022年经济规模不断扩大的背景下,京津冀地区内部不断发生产业转移、产业集聚和产业结构、区域空间结构的调整。经济取得长足发展的同时,京津冀地区还迈过了具有关键意义的环境库兹涅兹曲线拐点,一方面环境污染物排放总量由升转降,另一方面单位产值污染物排放也逐渐下降。运用2002—2022年京津冀地区统计年鉴等数据,通过推导包含空间结构的污染排放恒等式方程对产业集聚、产业结构、空间结构和技术进步等效应对于环境污染排放强度的影响进行了探究,结果显示产业集聚和技术进步效应直接促进了单位产值的污染物排放降低。Since the proposal of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region,significant economic achievements have been made.On the one hand,the high-quality economic development of the BTH region has led the country,and on the other hand,Hebei Province has benefited from undertaking industrial transfers from Beijing and Tianjin with demographic dividend and locational advantage,experiencing faster industrial development than Beijing and Tianjin.The industrial spatial structure of the BTH region has gradually tilted towards Hebei.Against the backdrop of continuous economic expansion from 2002 to 2022,the BTH region has continuously experienced industrial transfers,industrial agglomeration,and adjustments in industrial structure and regional spatial structure.While achieving substantial economic development,the BTH region has also crossed the critical point of the Kuznets curve,with total environmental pollutant emissions shifting from increase to decrease,and pollutant emissions per unit of output gradually declining.Utilizing data from the BTH region’s statistical yearbooks from 2002 to 2022,this study explores the impact of industrial agglomeration,industrial structure,spatial structure,and technological progress on the intensity of environmental pollution emissions through the derivation of a pollution emission identity equation that includes spatial structure.The results show that the effects of industrial agglomeration and technological progress directly contribute to the reduction of pollutant emissions per unit of output.
