摘 要:主要对铝电解车间阳极炭块高磷生铁浇铸导电性的研究。在高磷生铁中加入稀土元素Ce,发现高磷生铁的膨胀率明显提高,磷铁浇铸块与碳素阳极的接触良好,接触电阻减小。稀土元素有细化晶粒的作用,当稀土元素含量逐渐增大后,晶界面积变大,阻碍电流的传输,使电阻变大。经试验发现,当稀土w(Ce)为0.012%时,电阻最小。This study mainly investigates the conductivity of high phosphorus pig iron casting with anode carbon blocks in aluminum electrolysis workshops.By adding rare earth element Ce to high phosphorus pig iron,it was found that the expansion rate of high phosphorus pig iron was significantly increased,and the contact between the phosphorus iron casting block and the carbon anode was good,resulting in a decrease in contact resistance.Rare earth elements have the function of refining grains.As the content of rare earth elements gradually increases,the grain boundary area increases,hindering the transmission of current and increasing resistance.Through experiments,it was found that when the rare earth element w(Ce)is 0.012%,the resistance is the smallest.
