摘 要:对2205双相不锈钢施加不同的固溶温度进行热处理,研究其在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能。通过观察磨损表面,分析了载荷和固溶温度对该材料的磨损机制、磨损体积和摩擦系数的影响。研究结果表明:在同一固溶温度下,摩擦系数与载荷呈负相关,载荷越小,摩擦系数越大;随着载荷的增加,磨损量相应增加。2205双相钢在1000℃、1040℃和1080℃三种固溶温度下均表现出较好的耐磨性能;在20 N载荷下,2205双相钢的磨损机制主要表现为轻微的磨粒磨损和轻度氧化;在60 N载荷下,磨损机制向黏着磨损和塑性变形转变;在100 N载荷下,磨损机制为严重的黏着磨损和疲劳破坏。Different solid solution temperatures were applied to heat treat 2205 duplex stainless steel to study its frictional wear performance under different loads.The effects of different loads and solid solution temperatures on the wear mechanism,wear volume and friction coefficient of 2205 duplex stainless steel were analyzed by observing the wear surface.The results show that the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load at the same solid solution temperature.With the increase of load,the wear volume increases accordingly.2205 duplex steel shows better wear resistance at three solid solution temperatures of 1000℃,1040℃ and 1080℃.At 20 N load,the wear mechanism of 2205 duplex steel mainly shows slight abrasive wear and mild oxidation.At 60 N load,the wear mechanism changes to adhesive wear and plastic deformation.At 100 N load,the wear mechanism is severe adhesive wear and fatigue damage.
