摘  要:镍基单晶高温合金表面制备Co-Al涂层,研究合金基体与涂层的热腐蚀性能。热腐蚀实验100 h后,合金基体表面生成了NiO、Cr_(2)O_(3)和Al_(2)O_(3)的混合型氧化物,发生了明显的内氧化硫化现象,降低了基体的抗热腐蚀性能。Co-Al涂层表面形成了以Al_(2)O_(3)为主的连续且致密的氧化物,能够有效阻止腐蚀进一步深入,具备较好的抗热腐蚀性能。Co-Al coating were prepared on the surface of nickel-based single crystal superalloy,the hot corrosion behaviors were investigated.After corrosion for 100 h,alloy substrate had poorer hot corrosion resistance that a mixed oxidation layer of NiO,Cr_(2)O_(3) and Al_(2)O_(3) in the corrosion area,which could not prevent hot corrosion.On the contrary,Co-Al coating had excellent hot corrosion resistance that the further hot corrosion enable to be inhibited because of a continuous and dense Al_(2)O_(3) protective layer on the surface.
