摘  要:通过对甘肃省敦煌市方山口钒矿矿山进行调研,收集整理了省内外石煤钒矿先进的选矿工艺,研究了影响浸出过程的因素,并探索了通过添加助浸剂的方式来提高钒的浸出率。同时,还开展了常规柱浸探索试验以考查送选矿样直接堆浸的可能性,试验探讨了适合该钒浸出的最佳工艺参数,提出了方山口钒矿选矿工艺优化方案,为行业发展提供了新方向。Through research on the Fangshankou vanadium mine in Dunhuang City,Gansu Province,advanced beneficiation processes for stone coal vanadium mines both inside and outside the province were collected and organized.Factors affecting the leaching process were studied,and the addition of leaching aids was explored to improve the leaching rate of vanadium.At the same time,conventional column leaching exploration experiments were conducted to examine the possibility of direct heap leaching of ore samples.The experiments explored the optimal process parameters suitable for vanadium leaching and proposed an optimized beneficiation process plan for the Fangshankou vanadium mine,providing a new direction for industry development.
