摘  要:针对太钢1549线机组生产的430不锈钢表面酸洗后出现氧化皮残留缺陷的问题,应用SEM电镜、数据统计等手段对缺陷产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,430不锈钢高温氧化是造成氧化皮缺陷的主要原因。通过优化加热炉煤气配比、调整加热工艺,并进行除鳞改进,减少430不锈钢高温氧化问题,使氧化皮缺陷从根本上得到了控制。In response to the problem of residual oxide scale defects on the surface of 430 stainless steel produced by Taigang Stainless Steel's 1549 line unit after acid washing,SEM electron microscopy,data statistics and other methods were used to analyze the causes of the defects.The results indicate that high-temperature oxidation of 430 stainless steel is the main cause of oxide scale defects.By optimizing the gas ratio of the heating furnace,adjusting the heating process,and improving descaling,the problem of high-temperature oxidation of 430 stainless steel has been reduced,and the defect of oxide scale has been fundamentally controlled.
