摘　　要：在实验室日常管理中,通常采用实验室内部比对的方法实现对实验检测质量的监控。对于参与人数较少的实验室内人员比对,采用Z比分数比对是一种科学有效的监控方式。以金属平均晶粒度的测定为例,介绍了实验室内部人员比对过程、数据处理方法以及计算Z值的经典统计分析方法。In daily laboratory management,the method of internal comparison is usually used to monitor the quality of testing.For laboratory personnel with fewer participants,using Z-score comparison is a scientifically effective monitoring method.This article takes the determination of the average grain size of metals as an example to introduce the comparison process,data processing methods,and classical statistical analysis methods for calculating Z values by laboratory personnel.
