摘 要:针对铜冶炼渣的粉磨工艺,重点探讨了高压辊磨技术的应用效果。选用某铜冶炼厂的铜冶炼渣作为原料,经过一系列的破碎和磨矿试验,评估高压辊磨在不同工作压力和磨矿条件下的粉磨性能。研究显示,在高压辊磨一次开路试验中,工作压力从8.0 MPa提升至12.0 MPa时,粉磨后粒度D80从150μm降至100μm,粉磨效率从0.5 t/h提升至0.9 t/h,表明高压辊磨技术能显著提高铜冶炼渣的粉磨效果。在高压辊磨边料循环试验中,经过多次循环,辊压中料的质量稳定在9.0 kg,边料的质量为1.0 kg,边料循环负荷为11.11%。此外,在高压辊磨3 mm闭路粉磨筛分试验中,筛上产品的循环量为5.75 kg,循环负荷为57.5%。在磨矿对比试验中,高压辊磨产品在达到-0.074 mm粒级含量60%时所需时间为8.5 min,显著低于常规破碎产品所需时间,表明高压辊磨在铜冶炼渣处理中的优势。This paper focuses on the application effect of high-pressure roller grinding technology in the grinding process of copper smelting slag.Using copper smelting slag from a certain copper smelting plant as raw material,a series of crushing and grinding tests were conducted to evaluate the grinding performance of high-pressure roller mills under different working pressures and grinding conditions.Research shows that in a single open circuit test of high-pressure roller mill,when the working pressure is increased from 8.0 MPa to 12.0 MPa,the particle size D80 after grinding decreases from 150μm to 100μm,and the grinding efficiency increases from 0.5 t/h to 0.9 t/h.This indicates that high-pressure roller mill technology can significantly improve the grinding effect of copper smelting slag.In the high-pressure roller grinding edge material cycle test,after multiple cycles,the mass of the roller pressed material remained stable at 9.0 kg,the mass of the edge material was 1.0 kg,and the edge material cycle load was 11.11%.In addition,in the high-pressure roller mill 3mm closed-circuit grinding and screening test,the circulation amount of the screened product was 5.75 kg,and the circulation load was 57.5%.In the grinding comparison test,the time required for the high-pressure roller grinding product to reach a particle size content of-0.074 mm at 60%was 8.5 minutes,significantly lower than the time required for conventional crushing products,indicating the advantages of high-pressure roller grinding in copper smelting slag treatment.
