摘 要:再生耐火材料凭借其自身出色的耐高温表现和资源节约优势,于冶金、陶瓷以及化工等领域备受瞩目。伴随环保观念的日益强化,针对其物理化学特质及影响要素展开研究显得极为关键。首先对再生耐火材料进行分类,明确其主要涵盖工业废料再生耐火材料与自然矿物再生耐火材料;随后探究了该材料的密度、导热性能和吸水比例等物理特性,以及如耐酸碱性等化学特性和化学成分对于材料性能产生的作用;最终剖析了制备流程和环境条件对再生耐火材料稳定性与耐火性能的整体影响,为其应用和开发提供了理论支撑与实践引导。Regenerated refractory materials have attracted much attention in the fields of metallurgy,ceramics,and chemical engineering due to their excellent high-temperature resistance and resource saving advantages.With the increasing promotion of environmental protection concepts,it is crucial to conduct research on their physical and chemical characteristics and influencing factors.Firstly,classify recycled refractory materials and clarify that they mainly include industrial waste recycled refractory materials and natural mineral recycled refractory materials.Subsequently,the physical properties such as density,thermal conductivity,and water absorption ratio of the material were explored,as well as the effects of chemical properties such as acid and alkali resistance and chemical composition on the material's performance.The overall impact of preparation process and environmental conditions on the stability and refractory performance of recycled refractory materials was ultimately analyzed,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for their application and development.
