摘  要:梳理了炭化环节要素、分析了炭化过程的影响因素,包括煤种、预炭化、炭化终温、温升速率、颗粒度、窑炉安装倾角、转速,明确了各因素之间的相互关系以及对炭化品质的影响路径和影响机理,并提出了相应的生产建议,为煤基活性炭的炭化工序处理提供了借鉴。The carbonization quality is the foundation of the performance of activated carbon,in order to improve the carbonization quality of coal-based activated carbon.The elements of the carbonization process were sorted out,the influencing factors of the carbonization process were analyzed,including coal type,pre-carbonization,final temperature of carbonization,temperature rise rate,particle size,kiln installation inclination angle and rotation speed,and the interrelationship between the factors and the influence path and mechanism of carbonization quality were clarified,and corresponding production suggestions were put forward,which provided meaningful measures for the carbonization process treatment of coal-based activated carbon,providing of practical significance.
