不同高度比下岩-煤-岩组合体破坏过程的数值模拟研究

摘  要:针对高地应力及工作面回采应力扰动影响下出现的“岩层-煤层-岩层”复合结构不均匀变形、失稳破坏等现象,基于离散元数值模拟方法,通过PFC2D软件建立了岩-煤-岩组合体试样,分析了不同高度比下组合体试样的破坏特征和应力场演化规律。结果表明:试样首先在属性相对较弱的煤岩结构中起裂,砂岩结构多为拉伸破坏,煤岩结构多为剪切破坏。随着试样高度比增加,试样逐渐由砂岩承载转变为煤岩承载。煤岩结构中产生裂纹群后,承载区域由两侧向中心转移。试样破坏后,砂岩结构仍具有承载能力。Aiming at the phenomenon of uneven deformation and instability failure of the composite structure of"strata-coal seams-strata"under the influence of high ground stress and mining stress disturbance of the working face,the rock coal rock composite sample is established based on PFC2D,and the failure characteristics and stress field evolution law of the composite sample under different height ratios are analyzed.The results show that the sample first cracks in the coal rock structure,the sandstone structure is mostly tensile failure,and the coal rock structure is mostly shear failure.With the increase of specimen height ratio,the specimen gradually changes from sandstone bearing to coal bearing.After the occurrence of cracks in the coal and rock structure,the bearing area shifts from both sides to the center.After the sample is damaged,the sandstone structure still has bearing capacity.
