摘 要:为了提高2250 mm热连轧的控制精度,设计了一种面向辊间接触压力的热连轧窜辊控制策略优化方法。通过测试2250 mm热连轧工作辊的耐磨能力,在线获得所需的工作辊磨损状态。研究结果表明:对比旧辊型,选择耐磨修形工作辊的最大接触载荷下降至15.5%,辊间接触载荷不均匀性依次减少73.6%,能够有效控制辊间最大接触压力。实际应用中采用该策略进行处理时,F5区段的工作辊磨损量大幅减少,轧制长度也增加了约39%,并且能够有效提高轧辊的工作效率,为后续参数优化奠定了一定的理论基础。In order to improve the control accuracy of 2250 mm hot tandem rolling,an optimization method for the control strategy of channeling rolls in hot tandem rolling based on the contact pressure between rollers was designed.Test the wear resistance of 2250 mm hot tandem rolling work roll and obtain the required work roll wear status online.The research results show that compared with the old roll shape,the maximum contact load of the wear-resistant work roll decreases to 15.5%,and the non-uniformity of the contact load between rollers decreases by 73.6%,which effectively controls the maximum contact pressure between rollers.In practical application,the wear of work roll in F5 section is greatly reduced,and the rolling length is increased by about 39%.This research can effectively improve the work efficiency of the roll and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent parameter optimization.
