摘　　要：SWRCH22A钢属于表面硬化性冷镦钢,主要用于制作自攻螺钉等紧固件产品。SWRCH22A冷镦钢采用铝脱氧工艺,通过对转炉采取深脱氧、优化LF精炼渣系以及连铸全保护浇注等措施,实现钢中氧活度小于0.0005%,有效解决了水口结瘤问题,连浇炉数提升至7炉,生产成本稳步降低。SWRCH22A is a surface hardening cold heading steel,which is mainly used to make fasteners such as self-tapping screws.SWRCH22A cold forging steel adopts aluminum deoxidation process,through the converter deep deoxidation,optimization of LF refining slag system and continuous casting full protection casting measures,the activity oxygen content in steel is less than 0.0005%,and effectively solves the problem of water notting.The number of continuous casting cycles was increased to 7 cycless,and the production cost is steadily reduced.
